Notices for Installation of Formwork in Construction Engineering
(1) For multi-storey cast-in-place structures, the formwork and bracket of superstructure must be supported on the lower floor. Three points should be paid attention to at this time: first, the lower floor should have sufficient bearing capacity, and support should be installed when necessary; second, the upper and lower support columns should be basically aligned; third, the cushion board should be laid under the support columns. In the construction, the requirement of paving cushion slab is not only applicable to the floor, but also to the building formwork column installed on the ground.
(2) The joints of building formwork should not leak grouting: the leakage of grouting of building formwork will cause honeycomb surface of concrete and directly affect the quality of concrete. Therefore, no matter what kind of material is used to make building formwork, its joints should be tight and no leakage. When using wood building formwork, the joints of wood building formwork installation should not be too tight because of the swelling and contraction of wood water absorption. After installation, the joints of wood building formwork should be watered and wetted to make the joints of wood board closed. It's OK to be wet when watering. There should be no water in the building formwork.
(3) The interior of the building formwork should be cleaned up. The debris left in the building formwork will cause defects such as slag inclusion in concrete. In order to clear the building formwork, the sweeper should be reserved.
(4) Building formwork should be painted with isolating agent. When painting, select oil-based separators that do not affect the structure and hinder the construction of decoration and fitment projects. At the same time, the contamination of steel bars and concrete joints by segregating agents may cause obvious adverse effects on the mechanical properties of concrete structures, so the contamination of steel bars during painting should be avoided.
(5) When supporting building formwork, the requirement for embedded parts and reserved holes should be to fix the embedded parts, reserved holes and reserved holes on the building formwork at the same time, without leaving any holes, the size meets the requirements, and the installation is firm. The deviation conforms to the acceptance specification.
