Full knowledge of plywood structure
In order to improve the anisotropy of natural wood as much as possible and make the plywood uniform and stable in shape, the plywood should abide by two basic principles in structure: one is symmetry; the other is that the adjacent veneer fibers are perpendicular to each other. Symmetry criterion is the requirement of plywood on both sides of the symmetrical central plane, regardless of wood properties, veneer thickness, number of layers, fiber direction, moisture content, etc., should be symmetrical with each other. In the same plywood, single species and thickness of veneer can be used, and different species and thickness of veneer can also be used; but symmetrical central plane on both sides of any two layers of symmetrical veneer species and thickness are the same. The backplane promises not to be the same tree species.
